With the medium Pashli debut, it is now convenient to choose a size that fits your lifestyle and needs. I love how they included brights and florals for the spring/summer but also remembered that their clientele is generally a girl who wears a lot of white, greys and blacks. I really like the medium Pashli in grey (or white/black as they call it). The white on black texture reminds me of the gold Pashli, but not as intimidating of a color to carry. It’s a soft but edgy color that could transition well through any season.
I would love to be the proud owner of the Spring/Summer 2013 grey medium Pashli, but can’t find the rationale to buy another Pashli, less than six months since my first Pashli purchase. The medium size with extra strap would probably fit my frame better as an everyday bag and be easier to use as a crossbody when I don’t need to carry too much with me. The regular Pashli is a great size for toting all work and school necessities in one bag, with extra room to spare.
Which color is your favorite for Spring/Summer 2013? Which size of the Pashli Satchel do you want in your closet, right this moment?

Do you think the dimensions listed for Medium is wrong? Because it would be more like an east-west bag if it was 8×15.5″, don’t you think? I’m hoping it is because I really want the medium size – the regular size seems a tad too large.
Sorry, I didn’t notice! I pulled the medium measurements from moda operandi’s site. It was incorrect. I fixed it, it should be about 8x12x3in. The bag is just a shrunken down regular pashli. The regular pashli is quite large; I can fit my laptop and still fit my purse essentials.
I would have waited for the medium, but I didn’t have the patience to be wait listed until spring! Oh well, I can always buy another color in the medium! What color are you looking forward to?
Hm, there’s several Pashli colors I like! Taupe & navy especially (but I don’t know if these colors are available in Medium). However, with the corrected measurements, I wonder if the Medium is too small. I would like to be able to fit my ipad, large cosmetic bag, long wallet, etc. Decisions, decisions! Thanks for the info
The items you listed would all fit with extra room in the normal Pashli. Those items would probably fit in the medium, but it would just not have any more empty space.
I love the medium in coral! The color gives a feminine twist to the tough looking bag. Not so sure about the gunmetal hardware though.. But it is still a keeper! How much does it cost in the US? Do you know where to get one aside from the boutique? I live in singapore and the phillip lim boutique collection here is not so wide.. I doubt the coral baby has hit singapore yet.
The coral looks like such a fun pop of color! I can’t say a definite price since it’s new but my best guess would be in between the mini pashli and normal pashli price– around $750 USD probably. As of right now, since the bag is still not available you can probably only pre-order it from a PL boutique.

The medium size should be starting to hit Phillip Lim stores probably around February/March? I’m sure you can call and pre-order the bag already though. They have great sales associates at the LA store.

According to the spring lookbook I received, it will come in 4 colors: electric yellow, coral, black with gold h/w, and black and white.

The medium is available for preorder on la garçonne and saks online for $825. La garçonne has a faster arrival date of feb 15!

I’m still considering between medium and the large one. I’m still a student, well I just need space for my wallet, ipad or laptop, pencil case and some essential stuffs (cosmetics), I think that I can carry the books (: Well I’m 5″4, and I need the one that suits my height (a too-big bag may make me look weird) :p any advice?
The regular/large is definitely a good bag for carrying everything for school (laptop + essentials) BUT it’s not the easiest to carry because of the top handle (heavy stuff makes the bag tilt). I’m also 5’4 and it doesn’t look too large. I would have probably bought the medium if it was available last year but I’m still happy with the regular/large. Please note that on me, the strap even on the shortest setting is still too long to use, I’m probably going to go get more holes punched.
that gray one looks really nice! where did you see it? i’ve only seen the like black and white mixed one, but the one from your comparison pic looks like a solid gray.
Sorry! The main photo (comparison photo) is just a b/w photo.. I believe as of now the closest option to grey is the black/white mixed bag.
